No third-party tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo.ai, or others were used. :)

Clothing Transfer Between Characters

Implemented controlled clothing transfer across different base characters while preserving body shape, posture, and facial features. Enables modular outfit exploration.

Consistent Character Generation

Used ControlNet with a custom LoRA to generate consistent outputs of the same character across multiple generations. Maintains identity, pose, and outfit fidelity-ideal for creating continuity in character-driven visuals.

Custom Stylization via LoRA

Developed and trained a personalized LoRA to apply a specific illustrative style to various inputs. Allows seamless style application with high visual fidelity.

Disney Style Transfer

Performed domain-specific style transfer to adapt character visuals into the Disney animation aesthetic. Trained on a curated dataset to achieve stylistic consistency.

Image-to-Video with Lip Sync

Converted static portraits into animated talking heads using image-to-video generation models. Integrated accurate lip sync for natural motion output.

App Development

Avatar System

Crafted and developed a full-fledged interoperable avatar creation platform in Unity inspired by ReadyPlayerMe, in just under three months.

Users can customize hyper-personal avatars by adjusting body types, facial features, clothing, accessories, and animations. The system also includes modular scene controls, allowing them to switch backgrounds, preview motion clips, and export ‘Insta-ready’ dance trend reels with a single tap.

I led the entire design and development process end to end, crafting the UI/UX, visual identity, interaction logic, aesthetic, and Unity implementation, with all C# scripting handled in Visual Studio. I collaborated with a small team of 3D artists who created the avatar assets based on the guidelines I provided to ensure consistency and performance.

While comparable avatar platforms have taken years to build, this was prototyped at speed. It proves how design-led development can radically accelerate immersive experiences.

UI/UX & Motion

Crafting user-centered experiences through end-to-end workflows, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems, using tools such as Figma, Bezi, Shapes XR, Spline, and Adobe Creative Suite.

XR Interaction Design

Designing and building immersive experiences with a focus on functional prototype, gesture interaction, hand tracking, and performance optimization using Unity, AR Foundation, and Meta XR SDKs.

3D Design

Modeling, sculpting, texturing, animation and basic rigging for both organic and hard-surface assets using Blender, Maya, and Substance Painter.

Unity Development

C# scripting, UI systems, modular tools, and functional prototyping in Unity. Proficient in Shader Graph, VFX Graph, and custom editor workflows.

Generative AI

AI workflows & Custom LoRA training for consistent generation, stylization, text/image to image and image to video prototyping using ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion tools.
