Generative AI


Everything you see here was brewed on my own machine using custom-trained LoRAs and refined models.
No third-party tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo.ai, or others were used. :)
Clothing Transfer Between Characters
Implemented controlled garment transfer across different base characters while preserving body shape, posture, and facial features. Enables modular outfit exploration.
Consistent Character Generation
Trained a custom LoRA to generate consistent representations of a stylized character (Goku) across various poses and contexts. Ensures identity preservation in multi-scene generation.




Custom Stylization via LoRA
Developed and trained a personalized LoRA to apply a specific illustrative style to various inputs. Allows seamless style application with high visual fidelity.




Disney Style Transfer
Performed domain-specific style transfer to adapt character visuals into the Disney animation aesthetic. Trained on a curated dataset to achieve stylistic consistency.
Image-to-Video with Lip Sync
Converted static portraits into animated talking heads using image-to-video generation models. Integrated accurate lip sync for natural motion output.
App Development
Crafted and developed a full-fledged interoperable avatar creation platform in Unity inspired by ReadyPlayerMe, in just under three months.
Users can customize hyper-personal avatars by adjusting body types, facial features, clothing, accessories, and animations. The system also includes modular scene controls, allowing them to switch backgrounds, preview motion clips, and export ‘Insta-ready’ dance trend reels with a single tap.
I led the entire design and development process end to end, crafting the UI/UX, visual identity, interaction logic, aesthetic, Unity implementation, and development. I also collaborated with a small team of 3D artists, providing clear asset guidelines to ensure visual consistency and optimized performance.
While comparable avatar platforms have taken years to build, this was prototyped at speed. It proves how design-led development can radically accelerate immersive experiences.
